| Entrance to the Defqon.1 Camping Site |

This is an over 18’s event. Entry will be refused to persons under the Age of 18. |

Only holders of a valid ticket will be permitted to enter the Defqon.1 camping area. |

It is a condition of entry that all patrons present a valid and acceptable form of photo identification. |

Acceptable forms of Photo ID are limited to: Australian Drivers Licence, Passport, or Certified Over 18’s Photo ID.

It is a conditions of entry that all patrons present their ID for scanning upon entry to the Defqon.1 camping area. |

The organisation (and its security provider) is entitled to search, pat down, bag check, or refer to Police any patron entering the event site or any person suspected of possessing any of the prohibited items set out in these terms and conditions. |
| Right to Refuse Entry to the Defqon.1 Camping Site |

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron. |
| - |
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove from the premises and person who causes annoyance or inconvenience to other patrons or members of the public. |

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove from the premises and person who is believed to be intoxicated, or under the influence of any non-prescribed drug. |

No Lads, Lad Clothing or Lad behaviour is permitted at the event or anywhere on the camp grounds. The organiser reserves the right to remove from the event site, any person suspected of being a Lad or inciting Lad behaviour.

| Safety of Personal Belongings |

The organiser or Sydney International Regatta Centre (SIRC) will not be held responsible for any damage, loss or theft of a persons personal property |

The organiser or Sydney International Regatta Centre (SIRC) will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of a persons personal property that has been confiscated by security. |

Patrons choosing to leave valuables on the premises unattended do so at their own risk. |
| Behaviour of Patrons |

Patrons are required to respect the directions of event staff and security personnel at all times in the interest of patron safety. |

Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas only. The organiser reserves the right to ask patrons to move to a designated smoking area. If a patron refuses to move, the organiser reserves the right to remove the patron from the camping area. |

There is no swimming at this event. Any patron who enters the water will be removed from the camping grounds and refused entry to the Defqon.1 Music Festival. |
| - |
Wristbands will be used by the organiser to maintain the security of the camping area. Any wristband removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered void and invalid and will not be replaced. |
| Service of Alcohol |

The camping area is a licensed premise. As such, any person found to be intoxicated may be removed from the event site. |
| - |
The consumption of alcohol is permitted in the designated areas only. The organiser reserves the right to ask patrons to move to a designated alcohol consumption area. If a patron refuses to move, the organiser reserves the right to remove the patron from the camping area. |

Roving RSA Marshalls will be patroling the event site for the duration of the event. RSA Marshalls reserve the right to refuse the service of alcohol to any patron. |

Bar Staff reserve the right to refuse the service of alcohol to any patron. |
| - |
Any persons who are intoxicated, violent, quarrelsome or disorderly will be removed from the site. |
| Boundaries of the Event & Camping Site |

Any patron found attempting to exit or reenter the camping ground will be removed from the event site. |
| - |
Any patron found inside or attempting to enter the bounds of the Defqon.1 Music festival site will be removed from the event site, and denied entry to the Defqon.1 Music Music Event.. |
| Curfews |
| - |
To ensure the comfort of all patrons, a curfew will be imposed for the camping area. No noise is permitted in Non-Communal areas after 1am. No noise will be permitted in communal areas after 3am. The organiser reserves the right to adjust and enforce these times at its own discretion. |
| Camp Ground Allocations |

Upon arrival to the camping ground, you will be allocated a tent or plot. Unless previously agreed with the Organiser, the relocation of tents, or camping equipment is not permitted. |

Camping Sites will be allocated on a first served basis. |
| Power |
| - |
Camping sites are not powered. There will be a phone recharging area in the communal area of the camp site. Patrons are not permitted to use event power sources or assets for their personal use. Any patron found tampering with the site infrastructure will be removed from the site. |
| Fire Safety |

Fire fighting equipment is only to be used in the event of a fire, and any patron found tampering with fire extinguishers or other fire safety equipment will be removed from the event site and refused entry to the Defqon.1 music festival. |
| PROHIBITED ITEMS |

Food – A "7-11" Style market will be in place for the duration of the event. This will allow patrons to purchase snacks, toiletries and other supplies during the event. |

Liquids that could be considered alcoholic or drug related |

Any item/article that Q-Dance management or Security believes may be used for the purpose of storing or administering illicit drugs or pharmaceuticals not supported by a prescription. |

Animals, except guide dogs or other animals trained to provide mobility assistance; |

Axes, Machetes, Hammers or other hand tools common when camping –
Q-Dance will provide adequate rubber mallets for use by patrons during the event. |

Fireworks, flares or other explosive devices; |

Gas Bottles, Hexamine Stoves, or any other device that causes a naked flame for cooking or heat; |
